Our Period is NOT a medical device. The Service (including predictions, wellness insights, and symptom tracking) is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

NOT FOR CONTRACEPTION: Do not use Our Period as a form of birth control/contraception or to prevent or plan pregnancy. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any predictions.

Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

1. Acceptance of Terms

This End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Terms") is a legal agreement between you and Our Period. By downloading, installing, or using the Our Period mobile application ("App") or website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. License Grant

Our Period grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the App on any device that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store/Google Play Store rules.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Our Period offers a "Premium" subscription that provides enhanced features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • Billing: Payments will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Management: You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in your Account Settings at any time after purchase.
  • Cancellations: No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
  • Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. User Content and Partner Sync

You are solely responsible for the data you log in the App. When you use the "Partner Sync" feature, you explicitly authorize the sharing of your logged data with your paired partner. You represent that you have the right to share such data and that doing so does not violate any privacy rights of third parties.

5. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, or international laws.
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

6. Termination

Your license is effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Our Period shall not be liable for any personal injury, or any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Apple-Specific Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:

  • This EULA is between you and Our Period only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
  • Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
  • In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price.
  • Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims related to the App, including product liability or intellectual property infringement claims.
